01 Arrival & departure
Check-in: from 4:00 p.m.
Check in from 4:00 p.m. on your arrival day. If you arrive later, check-in is at your arrival time. Early check-in is available on request.
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
Please check out by 10:00 a.m. on your departure day. Late checkout is available on request.
02 Payments
30% when you book
A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking.
70% before arrival
The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

03 Cancellation
Cancellation policies vary by villa. Review the policy for your selected villa before booking.

04 Pool heating & electricity
All villas have pool heaters.
Pool heating included
Pool heating is included in the rental price at Felicitas, Bonaire, Tuscany, Casa de Coral, Blue Marlin, Dolce Vita, and Villa Riverside.
At all other villas
Pool heating is available. Electricity is charged by meter at US$0.18 per kWh, with an allowance of US$5 per day included. Usage above that allowance is charged.
05 Boat docking
At all houses on the water, guests may dock boats up to 27 ft in length at the boat dock.
Boat lift use is not allowed unless stated otherwise in the house description.
